Regular Upkeep = Increased Home Value

Homes need regular maintenance and ignoring small repairs tends to result in larger repairs later on.  Many of these smaller, inside repair jobs (e.g. fixing drywall damage and doing a quick paint touch up) result in a more comfortable place to live.  Outside maintenance like clearing downspouts in the fall ensures that water moves and stays away.  All are useful and not so easy to do for many seniors.  

Periodic maintenance packages can be carried out yearly and/or in the spring and summer and linked to our regular inspections.  The advantage of these regular maintenance packages is that you avoid having to contact multiple contractors for different jobs and getting charged extra each time they come.  We group all our fixes and repairs into one or two visits, resulting in you getting a lot done without paying for travel and extra time.

List and Fix is our package that allows the homeowner to call us anytime and mention something that they will need done (e.g. light bulbs need replacing, railing becoming loose, etc.).  We build our list and when it is convenient for the homeowner, we drop by and do all the fixes at once.  Again, this saves time and money for you and ensures that nothing gets forgotten because you just call us as you think of it.
